I. Delivery
Aeroo Shield products are available in Romania and will be delivered by express courier (Fan Courier).
The standard delivery time is between 3-10 working days from order registration and payment of the ordered products, plus shipping (24-48 hours).
During holidays, discount periods, extreme weather events, calamities, exceptional situations, the delivery time may be extended independently of us.
II. Costs
The standard cost of transport is 25 lei including VAT (valid for localities with standard coverage). In certain localities there are additional costs per km, these can be consulted on http://www.fancourier.ro/acoperire/ .
If you live in one of these locations, there are several delivery options:
- To the nearest Fan Courier office
- Door to door with extra charge for additional km
Orders exceeding 1000 lei excluding VAT receive FREE shipping (within Romania).
III. Receipt of parcel
The addressee will receive the parcel by signature. On receipt it is recommended that the goods are checked and rejected if they do not correspond to the original order or are damaged.
IV. Order cancellation
If your order needs to be cancelled before delivery, please contact us at sales@aerooshield.com. to analyse the order status. If it has not yet been sent, the request can be honoured. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold the amount and continue delivery. If the order has already been delivered, please consult the section V for more details.
V. Returns
If you have received an Aeroo Shield product that you are not satisfied with, you have the right to return it within 14 days of purchase.
Products ordered or purchased will be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you, sealed and with the same label attached, the original packaging accompanied by all delivery documents that accompanied it (invoice).
If you exercise the right of withdrawal for one or more products purchased under special offers for which you have received discounts due to the value of the order or as a result of purchasing a particular product, you are obliged to return all products received under the special offer or as a result of ordering a particular type of product which has led to other products or offers being offered.
Returned products must not show signs of wear, use, damage, scratches or have been subjected to mechanical shocks, falls, knocks, etc.
To exercise your right of return you must inform us by sending an e-mail to sales@aerooshield.com.
Attention! Failure to inform HASAW CONSULTING S.R.L. of your withdrawal decision within 14 days of receipt of the product may result in the loss of your right of withdrawal and we will consider that you have chosen not to exercise your right to return the product.
Please return the product you have decided to return to us within 14 days from the date you informed us of your return decision. Returning the product you wish to return without having previously communicated your return decision does not constitute information and may result in the loss of your right of withdrawal.
VI. CONSEQUENCES OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to exercise your right of return in full for all products received in the parcel, you will receive your money back, including delivery costs incurred at the time of purchase.
The return of products will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
We will make this refund using the same method of payment as used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of refund. In any case, you will not be charged a fee as a result of such a refund.
